SWIMMING FOR BEGINNERS AND IMPROVERS
Sea swimming lessons take place every summer on the beach at Eze-sur-Mer on the French Riviera.
We are based partway between Nice and Monaco, and lessons are given every Wednesday from 15th July to 19th August, i.e. on 6 Wednesdays in the school summer holidays.
Sea swimming lessons each last about one and a half hours. They combine lessons with discovery of the marine environment, for children to familiarize themselves with the water, learn to swim or improve their swimming.
From the age of 5, your child will learn to swim or improve their swimming while discovering the Mediterranean Sea near Monaco, in small group classes of a maximum of 4 to 5 children.
We teach throughout the day, by appointment, from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. We offer 5 time slots during the day for our swimming lessons, each matching a particular swimming level and age bracket, to offer top-quality swimming lessons in the sea throughout the day:

BECOMING A WATER BABY AND FEELING AT HOME IN THE WATER
Our swimming lessons just outside Nice are a way for children to get to know and explore the sea. We will reveal aquatic flora and fauna to them, so they try and gain a better understanding of sea and ocean life.
Knowing how to swim means being able to have fun in the water while keeping yourself safe and feeling at ease in the water, whether in a pool or the sea, in the waves and underwater.
For our children’s swimming lessons, we provide all the equipment needed to practise our water sports activity in the sea.
- Kids’ shorty wetsuit, goggles, fins, mask and snorkel.
Things to bring with you:
- Water, snack, sun cream, UV protection T-shirt, sun cap, sunglasses, towels.

Private lessons in the sea: €60 per session (available by appointment every day from 15th June to 15th September)
