Aquaphobia and children's fear of water, from Nice to Monaco

IS YOUR CHILD AFRAID OF THE WATER?

Your son or daughter is afraid of the water. Their fear prevents them from learning to swim. They're too tense and cannot relax. They find it impossible to put their head underwater, stretch out or let themselves float. Your child cannot bear to have water on their face and the pool, sea and water frighten or even terrify them.

This fear can become a real handicap in everyday life as they grow up, through their teens and later on, in adulthood.

Our private “aquaphobia” swimming classes for children take place at our swim school in Eze-sur-Mer, partway between Nice and Monaco, in the Cap Estel hotel.

Whatever their reason for being afraid of the water, we offer your child appropriate private swimming lessons where we will take their fears and concerns into account during every suggested exercise. Their instructor will know how to reassure them and give them confidence in the water to relieve them of their fear and teach them to swim.

OUR PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS FOR CHILDREN

During our private swimming lessons, we will help your child to adapt to the aquatic environment in an enjoyable way, where games and learning feature strongly.

Without rushing them, we will instil in them our passion for the water, to turn them into a proper little swimmer.

Their teacher will enable them to find and keep their balance in a different way and teach them how to breathe differently and move about in the water.

To provide the best learning environment, our private “Aquaphobia” swimming lessons for children are given in an indoor pool, heated to over 30 degrees.

We can also give lessons to overcome children’s fear of the water at your own home, in locations between Nice and Monaco, at Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cap d’Ail, La Turbie and soon.
